Difference between Organic & Inorganic Foods
Now a days, everyone is looking for a good health and happy time with there families. Food shows a major impact on our health like eating to heavy junk foods will definitely shows a negative impact on our health condition.
So eating of fresh and health food is necessary to maintain health condition good. Lets come back to the differences between Organic and inorganic food.
The term “organic or Inorganic” refers to the process of how the foods are produced. There are certain government rules based on the country to label a product as Organic.
Organic Foods :-
- Organic foods are food items produced using processes without synthetics such as chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Means, organic foods are produced without use of any chemicals and fertilizers.
Organically grown crops tend to use natural fertilizers like manure to improve plant growth. Animals raised organically are also not given antibiotics or hormones.
Organic farming tends to improve soil quality and the conservation of groundwater. It also reduces pollution and may be better for the environment.
Summary : Organic foods are produced through farming practices that only use natural substances. This means avoiding all artificial chemicals, hormones, antibiotics or genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
Inorganic Foods :-
- Inorganic foods are food items produced using processes with synthetics such as chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Means, Inorganic foods are produced with use of chemicals and fertilizers.
Inorganically grown crops tend to use artificial fertilizers. Now a days, even chicken, meat etc are also growing with artificial hormones and antibiotics.
Inorganic farming tends to decline soil quality and the conservation of groundwater.
Summary : Inorganic foods are produced through farming practices that are using high amount of artificial fertilizers.
